Please review your order carefully before finalizing, including details like size, design, and quantity. Due to our quick order processing, we cannot facilitate exchanges or returns based solely on buyer’s remorse regarding item choice, size, or design.

However, you have a 6-hour grace period after placing the order to cancel and reorder with the correct details. For any pre-order queries, feel free to contact us; customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have a 6-hour window to cancel your order after placement. Cancellations made after this window may not be honored as the order could already be in the processing or shipping phase. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. To cancel an order, email us at [email protected].

Return and Refund Policy

Time Frame for Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After 30 days, all sales are considered final and refunds will not be available.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The design differs from what you ordered.
  • The size is incorrect.
  • The material does not match the description.
  • You received the wrong item.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Should be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags should be intact.
  • Items with minor, fixable issues like loose threads won’t qualify for a return.

Documentation for Return Requests

To process your return, please provide:

  • Shipping label/receipt.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of defective items.
  • Any relevant email correspondence with us.

How to Initiate a Return

Email your refund request and supporting documentation to [email protected]. Our Customer Service will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days.

Note: A refund will only be processed upon our prior email confirmation of your eligibility.

Cost of Returning Items

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will not be included in your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Upon receiving your returned item, allow us 2 business days to process the refund. You will receive an email confirmation, and a full refund—excluding your return shipping costs—will be initiated.

  • Check your bank account first.
  • Contact your credit card company, as refunds can take some time to post.

Important Notes

  • Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this, no returns or refunds will be accommodated.
  • We don’t take responsibility for returns lost or damaged during shipping back to us.
  • Prior communication with our Support Team is essential before initiating a return; otherwise, we can’t be held accountable for issues arising from non-compliant or lost items.
